Small Boat Operator Trainings
SFSU maintains a fleet of small boats that are available for scientific research use by University students, faculty and staff. To use these boats, you must complete some basic boating forms and a waiver, take an appropriate boat safety training course, be current in CPR and first aid, and demonstrate safe boat handling.
