Work Orders

  • All IT support requests can be made by sending an email to with your issue or request in the subject, and add details in the body of the message. A ticket will be generated automatically and routed to IT support.
  • Facilities requests can be made by navigating to
    • Click on “SF State Gateway MySFSU Portal”.
    • After logging in with your SF State credentials, Click “Request Work”.
    • Fill out the form as appropriate.
    • Under Client Organization, choose “Romberg Tiburon Center for Environmental Studies” (we’ll get this updated soon) so it’s clear where the work needs to be done.
